These Terms and Conditions are effective immediately. Toto’s Pet Care is a locally woman-owned and operated small business proudly serving pets and their people with reliable, professional care. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and all our pet care specialists are thoroughly trained and vetted.
By hiring Toto’s Pet Care, you agree to be the party responsible for full payment, clear communication, and compliance with all company policies. Third-party arrangements are not recognized unless approved in writing by Toto’s Pet Care.

We also appreciate feedback after each visit! You may receive a survey where you can share your experience—our staff is rewarded based on your satisfaction.
To ensure smooth and timely service:

Our pet care professionals rely on consistent work. If you need to skip a service:
If more than three weeks lapse between services, a "catch-up visit" may be required and billed at our hourly rate.
We do our best to reschedule as close as possible when interruptions occur due to holidays or extreme weather.
We accept cash, check, Visa/MasterCard, and bank transfers.
If you request we handle specialty items, medications, or enter sensitive spaces (e.g., safes, cages, custom enclosures), you agree to hold Toto’s Pet Care harmless for any damage.
Accidents are rare, but if one occurs, please report it to us within 2 business days. Liability is limited and does not apply to items already in disrepair or improperly installed.
If other service providers are scheduled to be in the home during our visit and you’re not present, we may not be able to complete the job. We are not responsible for disruptions or cleaning overlaps.

If a service area within our scope wasn’t completed to your satisfaction, call us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix it by the next business day.
By hiring Toto’s Pet Care, you agree not to solicit our employees for personal pet care services outside of our business. If you wish to hire a team member directly, our recruitment and training fee is $3,500.
